so browsing a car website i stumble across a suzuki jimny and i instantly want it, pic for those who dont know a jimny is.
isnt it cool looking, bare with me it will all make sense soon
its a shoe box sized 4x4
so basically its the kind of 4x4 people from “murica” could fit in the bed of some trucks. its a “cute” (my wife said this) little 4x4.
well basically its time for a different version of it now.......
drift all the things
see i told you, isnt that awesome. i need one in my life.
so oppo let me know what you think about this piece of automotive excellence, and what you think about 4x4's turned into drift cars/truck/things

In 2004 I was in Grand Cayman with 3 others renting a house, and we had a red one as our rental. I really enjoyed riding in it. I say riding in it because although I can drive a stick, RHD was not my strong suit. Drove it around the neighborhood and realized this was not a good time for practice.
Anyway, I say go for it.

It was sold in the US as the Suzuki Samurai until around 1998. I haven’t seen one in a long time, though.

It looks like a Smart Car and an old Suzuki Samurai had a baby. It’s adorable. And I kind of want it too.

Look, I get it. These are cool. But don’t get my hopes up for something I have to wait so long to drive in the US...

These were everywhere when I visited Israel. I told myself that if I moved there and I had to buy a new car, that would probably be it.

I like the way they look. And they look pretty capable as well.

Yep — basically Consumer Reports killed it by "rigging" a rollover test to make it look worse than it normally was. Safety standards were getting tougher, anyway, so I think its days were already numbered here. My uncle lives in Costa Rica and says Suzukis (of all eras) are among the most common sights, especially in rural areas. Most of the world loves them.

i used to go off roading a lot in my old land rover discovery and there was a guy who had one with a 2" suspension lift a 2" body lift and 30" tires, i was always surprised when he “get places the big boys can go” it was a very good car light and could fit in tiny gaps..... right up until he followed us through a river and it sunk. its a good thing its light as we towed him for 20+ miles offroad and then 40+ on the road

In Colombia they are know as the Chevrolet Jimny, I love them, I am a Wrangler owner, with Colombia high gas prices, and ease of theft with soft top, I would buy a Jimny with it 1.5ltr in a heart beat, so simple, so small, I love it!
